The appearance of this 6th edition of the PREDPP Guide corresponds to the release of PREDPP 7.6.0 and NONMEM 7.6.0.

This preface lists significant changes vs. the 5th edition of this guide, PREDPP 7.5.0 and NONMEM 7.5.0.

Significant changes since the previous edition are marked with bars.

First printing of this edition is dated May 2023, included with release of NONMEM 7.6.0.

Second printing of this edition is dated NOV 2025, and contains some corrections from the first printing.
